Delivery Policy

  1. Fresh delivery using food-grade packaging.
  2. Every order is inspected, labelled and temperature controlled.
  3. Orders are confirmed after payment or approved credit.
  4. Delivery fees depend on location, order size and urgency.
  5. Customers should ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.
  6. Inspect products immediately upon delivery.
  7. Verified delivery errors will be investigated and resolved.
  8. Traffic, weather and road closures may affect delivery times.
  9. Missed deliveries may attract additional charges.
  10. Store products safely immediately after delivery.

Food Safety Policy

Due to food safety regulations, accepted meat products generally cannot be returned except for verified Urban Protein errors including incorrect products, damaged items, confirmed quality issues or delivery mistakes.
